How personal data is processed in connection with this website and with enquiries sent to Integrity Pharma Services.

If you write to me, I process the data contained in your message: your name, e-mail address, telephone number if you give it, and the content of the enquiry. The purpose is to answer you and, where it leads to work, to agree and perform that work. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR where steps are taken prior to a contract, and Article 6(1)(f), my legitimate interest in business correspondence, where they are not.
The web server records technical log data when a page is served: IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site running and secure. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
This website sets no cookies of its own, uses no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads no content from third party servers. There is nothing here to consent to and nothing to opt out of.
Personal data is not sold, rented or traded. It is shared only with providers acting on my behalf: the hosting provider that operates the server, and the e-mail provider that carries the correspondence. Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR apply.
Correspondence is kept for the duration of the exchange and for up to three years afterwards, for record keeping and the defence of claims. Documentation relating to work carried out is kept for the period required by the contract and by tax law. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
You have the right of access to your data, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of them, write to michal@integrityphs.com.
